These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the okbat platform. By registering an account or placing any bet, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

2.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the okbat platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
2.3 okbat reserves the right to decline any registration application or close any existing Account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, subject to the return of any verified, uncontested balance in the Player's Wallet.
3.1 PAGCOR regulations require okbat to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. Players may be required to submit government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and/or source-of-funds documentation at any point during the account lifecycle.
3.2 Withdrawal requests above applicable thresholds will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. okbat will not be liable for any delays in payment arising from a Player's failure to provide required documentation in a timely manner.
3.3 Any documents submitted that are found to be falsified, altered, or otherwise fraudulent will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate Philippine authorities.
4.1 Deposits. All deposits are accepted in Philippine Peso (₱PHP). okbat currently supports GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank as payment channels. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier screen and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited to your Wallet within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. okbat targets a processing window of 30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals under normal operating conditions; bank transfers may take up to two (2) business days. These timelines are targets, not guarantees, and may be extended during periods of high demand or pending KYC review.
4.3 Currency. All account balances, bets, and winnings are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso. okbat does not accept foreign currency deposits or issue withdrawals in currencies other than ₱PHP.
4.4 Transaction Limits. okbat may impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits on a per-transaction and per-period basis. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
4.5 Fees. okbat does not charge Platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers (including GCash and bank networks) may impose their own transaction fees, for which okbat accepts no liability.
5.1 All bonuses, promotions, and free-play offers made available on the okbat platform are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms prevail.
5.2 Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering or turnover requirement has been met in full. The minimum odds, eligible game categories, and time limits applicable to each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 okbat reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of a system error, or collusion between Players. In such cases, bets placed using bonus funds during the period of abuse may be voided.
5.4 Bonuses are personal to the registered Account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with other Players.
6.1 All games available on the okbat platform are operated in accordance with the rules published within each game's interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding applicable game rules before placing bets.
6.2 In the event of a technical failure — including disconnection, server error, or game software malfunction — during a live round, okbat's system logs shall constitute the definitive record of the transaction. Bets interrupted by technical failure may be voided or settled at the last confirmed game state, depending on the specific game provider's rules.
6.3 okbat does not guarantee the continuous or uninterrupted availability of any specific game, game provider, or game category. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated via the platform website wherever practicable.
6.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table, as displayed within the game interface. Bets exceeding the published maximum may be reduced or rejected by the system.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okbat platform and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement:
8.1 All content on the okbat platform — including but not limited to software, game graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and the platform design — is owned by or licensed to okbat and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No other rights are granted. Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from okbat.
9.1 The okbat platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okbat disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 okbat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.3 okbat's total aggregate liability to any Player, in connection with any claim relating to the platform, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
10.1 okbat is committed to promoting responsible gaming in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. All registered Players have access to the following tools via their account settings:
10.2 Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools immediately and to contact the okbat support team, which can facilitate account closure and referral to support organisations. See our dedicated Responsible Gaming page for full details.
10.3 okbat will not knowingly allow any person under 21 years of age to hold an account or place any bet on the platform. Suspected underage gambling will be investigated immediately and the relevant account suspended pending KYC verification.
11.1 okbat reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account immediately and without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
11.2 Upon termination for cause, any balance in the Player's Wallet may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, okbat may forfeit the Wallet balance and recover any amounts paid in error.
11.3 Players may close their account at any time by contacting okbat support. Upon voluntary closure with no outstanding investigations, the verified Wallet balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within five (5) business days.
12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. PAGCOR's regulations and policies form part of the applicable regulatory framework.
12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to okbat's internal disputes resolution process by contacting support in writing. okbat will acknowledge all formal disputes within five (5) business days and aim to resolve them within thirty (30) days.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate Philippine courts with jurisdiction over the matter.
13.1 okbat reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect.
13.2 Continued use of the okbat platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date.
